The issue of shares of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) came to end

On December 29, 2009 at Baku Stock Exchange VTB Bank JSC (Azerbaijan) has completed a placement of shares at the amount of 16 000 000 million (sixteen million) manats. Thus, placement of 80 000 000 (eighty million) common, nominal, non-documentary shares each with 0.2 (point two) manats principal value was completed.
Shares of the Bank VTB Open Joint Stock Company (Azerbaijan) were purchased by existing shareholders. Namely, 51% shares of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan), as earlier, belongs to Russia party (Bank VTB), 49% - Azerbaijan (“AtaHolding” and a natural person).
