Official opening of VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) was held on November 23, 2009 (license number 162). Currently, 51.00% of shares are owned by the Russian side (VTB Bank OJSC), 48.99% and 0.01% by the Azerbaijan («AtaHolding» and individual respectively).
